Bridge Recovery

Bridge Recovery, a newly formed 501(c)3 non-profit in North-East Georgia, offers extended recovery resources and community support to individuals suffering from mental illness and substance use disorder. I volunteered my services to help develop brand identity and design, design and develop their website, and spearhead technology strategy to design and implement robust systems that aligned with mission objectives and maximized their serviceable output.

Greenway Services had an existing WordPress site; but due to lack of time and platform accessibility, the owner was unable to manage or update the sites content, design or security protocols.

Greenway Services needed a secure, low-maintenance website that would:

My research to determine the target audience consisted of three main stages:

Cross reference social media and website analytics with U.S. Census data to define the current primary demographic
Determine the current market using Google Trends to identify the top in demand home improvement projects, needs, and preferences
Perform a competitive analysis to identify gaps and determine the best opportunity for acquisition
